Alta Langa Brut 2019 - Vite Colte

The Alta Langa Brut DOCG 2019 from Vite Colte is a Piedmontese classic method sparkling wine made primarily from Pinot Noir and a small amount of Chardonnay. The grapes, hand-harvested on calcareous marl soils, are gently pressed, and the wine ages on the lees for over two and a half years, acquiring complexity and finesse.

It has a straw yellow color, with dense, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it releases hints of bread crust, dried fruit, and flowers, while on the palate it is fresh, rich, and balanced, with a creamy foam and a long finish.
