Fontanafredda's Alta Langa Brut "Limited Edition" is born in Piedmont from a harmonious blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for at least 30 months on the lees in the bottle. The fine, caressing perlage accompanies a fresh and balanced palate, enlivened by a subtle savory note that lingers on the finish. On the nose, the liveliness of grapefruit intertwines with delicate floral notes, hints of yellow peach, and an intriguing touch of basil.
