Amarone 2019 Sant'Urbano - Speri

Speri's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Sant'Urbano 2019 is a red wine of great structure and elegance, produced in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region, in Fumane, in the province of Verona. The grapes are dried naturally for about 100 days, reducing their weight by 40%. The wine then ferments and macerates extensively, before being aged for 24 months in 500-liter French oak tonneaux, followed by 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
