Speri Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Sant'Urbano 2020 is a premium red wine produced in the historic Valpolicella Classica area, in Fumane. It is made from hand-selected grapes that undergo a natural drying process for approximately 100 days, reducing the wine's weight by 40%. After pressing, the wine ferments and macerates extensively, then ages for 24 months in French oak tonneaux, followed by 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. It has a deep garnet red color and complex aromas of dried fruit, sweet spices, and ethereal notes.
