Dal Forno Romano's Amarone della Valpolicella is a premium Italian wine, known for its intense structure and remarkable aromatic complexity. It is produced in the Illasi Valley in Veneto, using dried Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. The Dal Forno Romano winery, founded in the 1980s, follows meticulous artisanal methods: the grapes are hand-selected, dried in a drying room for several weeks, and then slowly vinified to produce a concentrated and rich wine. It is renowned for its ability to age well and develop complex aromas of ripe fruit, spice, and cocoa.
