The 2017 Gaja Barbaresco Sorì Tildin is a Piedmontese red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the Sorì Tildin cru in Barbaresco, known for its calcareous-clay soils and favorable exposure. It has a bright ruby ​​red color with complex aromas of ripe red fruits, black cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, blue flowers, anise, and orange peel. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious, with fine tannins, good acidity, and a long finish, ideal with red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It has received excellent scores, up to 98 points from James Suckling.
