The Barbera d'Asti DOCG “Ai Suma” 2020 Magnum by Braida – Giacomo Bologna is a high-quality Piedmontese red wine produced only in exceptional vintages. “Ai Suma,” which means “We made it” in Piedmontese dialect, is made from late-harvested Barbera grapes from the Rocchetta Tanaro vineyards. Vinification involves 20 days of temperature-controlled maceration, followed by 15 months of aging in 225-liter oak barrels and a further 12 months in bottle, giving the wine a complex structure, aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and a long, lingering finish. The 1.5-liter Magnum version is packaged in an elegant wooden box, ideal for aging and special occasions.
