The 2018 Ceretto Barolo Bussia is a Piedmontese red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes from the Bussia cru in Monforte d'Alba, known for its calcareous-clay soils and favorable exposure, which lend it elegance and complexity. It has an intense ruby ​​red color with garnet highlights and offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, plum, blackcurrant, rose, violet, mint, and light balsamic and earthy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with well-integrated tannins, good acidity, and a long finish. It pairs perfectly with red meats, roasts, braised meats, game, and aged cheeses.
