Barolo Cannubi 2020 – Chiara Boschis / E. Pira & Figli comes from the renowned Cannubi cru, renowned for its calcareous soils and optimal exposure, which lend elegance to the wines. Made from Nebbiolo grapes fermented in stainless steel with natural yeasts and aged for two years in French oak barrels, some of which are new. It offers aromas of black cherry, currant, wild rose, pink pepper, and mineral notes, with a fresh, structured, and persistent palate.
