Barolo Via Nuova 2019 – Chiara Boschis / E. Pira & Figli is a Nebbiolo cuvée sourced from various crus in the municipalities of Barolo, Monforte d'Alba, and Serralunga d'Alba. It has an intense ruby ​​red color and floral and fruity aromas of violet, tuberose, cherry, and strawberry, with herbaceous accents. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with fine tannins and a lingering finish. It pairs well with red meats, game, braised meats, truffle dishes, and aged cheeses.
