A prestigious red wine from Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of the Barolo region. It is made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes from a one-hectare vineyard, located on a blend of Tortonian and Serravallian soils, giving the wine elegance, structure, and power. The grapes are partially destemmed and fermented in stainless steel, followed by controlled maceration. The wine is then aged extensively: approximately two years in French oak barrels, one year in stainless steel, and a further thirty months in bottle before release.
