Bolgheri Rosso Superiore 2019 - Grattamacco

Grattamacco comes from vineyards located between 100 and 200 meters above sea level, on soils composed of white clay, calcareous-marly flysch, and quartz-calcareous sandstone. The Mediterranean climate, tempered by frequent sea breezes, favors balanced ripening of the grapes. Viticulture, guided by entirely environmentally friendly principles, ensures a natural balance with low yields per hectare. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected, coming from vines averaging 25 years old.
