La Scolca's D'Antan Rosé Millesimato Brut is an elegant and complex Classic Method sparkling wine, made with Cortese and Pinot Noir grapes from the Gavi hills in Piedmont. It ages on the lees for over 10 years, developing a fine perlage and delicate aromas of spices, exotic fruit, and honey. On the palate, it is dry, structured, and persistent, ideal with refined dishes such as lobster, foie gras, white meats, aged cheeses, or dark chocolate.
