Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige - Ca' del Bosco

Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is the winery's flagship Franciacorta, created in 2005 as a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc. The grapes come from over 130 vineyard parcels and are vinified separately, with the addition of reserve wines. It ages on the lees for over 25 months, offering a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it releases white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, and notes of pastry; on the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and elegant.
