Capo Martino 2020 - Jermann

Jermann's 2020 Capo Martino is a premium white wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia, specifically from the eponymous vineyard in Dolegna del Collio, purchased by the Jermann family in 1991. It is a blend of native Friulian varieties, including Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, and Picolit, grown on marly and sandy soils with southeast to southwest exposure. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by 12 months of aging in Slavonian oak barrels.
