Chardonnay My Nude 2022 - Montalbera

A pure Chardonnay from vineyards in Castiglione Tinella (Langhe), Guyot-trained on hillside soils. Vinification involves soft whole-cluster pressing and enzymatic fining; fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels, steam-bent and untoasted, for 8–12 months. Intense yellow color with golden highlights. Notes of ripe banana, medlar, and acacia blossom emerge on the nose.
