Corte del Lupo 2021 Red - Ca' del Bosco

Ca' del Bosco's 2021 Curtefranca Rosso DOC “Corte del Lupo” is the result of a blend that combines Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Carménère in varying proportions, the fruit of vineyards grown in Franciacorta and vinified using the winery's characteristic method, which involves manual selection of the bunches, washing and gravity-fed into the vats, followed by maceration for approximately three weeks and aging for almost two years in oak barrels and steel.
