Corte del Lupo 2023 White - Ca' del Bosco

The 2023 Curtefranca Bianco DOC “Corte del Lupo” from Ca' del Bosco is an elegant and harmonious white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, grown in organic vineyards located in the municipalities of Erbusco, Cazzago San Martino, and Passirano. The grapes are hand-picked, carefully washed and dried, and vinified using a mixed fermentation: approximately a quarter in small used oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel, followed by aging on the lees for 6–8 months without malolactic fermentation and a further 3–5 months of bottle aging. It has a bright straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus, white fruit such as peach and pear, white flowers, tropical notes, acacia honey, and a light minerality.
