The most traditional Dolcetto from the Gillardi winery is born on the heights of Farigliano, from the Corsaletto hill, which gives the wine the name 'Cursalet'.

Piedmontese wine from the Langhe, made from Dolcetto grapes grown on clay-limestone soils. Intense ruby ​​red color, fruity aromas of cherry, black cherry, and raspberry with light floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with soft tannins and a good finish. Ideal with pasta with meat sauce, white meats, mushrooms, or semi-mature cheeses.
