Etna Bianco DOC 2023 - Cottanera

Cottanera's Etna Bianco comes from vineyards located in Castiglione di Sicilia, in the heart of Etna's slopes. The grapes are harvested by hand in the last week of September. After a cold maceration of approximately 24 hours, the must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C for approximately 20-25 days. The wine then ages for six months in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and minerality typical of the volcanic terroir.
