Fiore di Harys Langhe DOC 2020 - Gillardi

The Fiore di Harys Langhe DOC from Gillardi is a high-quality red wine produced in the Langhe hills with select grapes not used for the winery's other flagship wines. It is vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and aromas, and aged for approximately eighteen months in small wooden barrels to lend structure and complexity. The wine has an intense ruby ​​red color with purple highlights, aromas of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, and light toasted notes. On the palate, it is soft and structured, with velvety tannins and a pleasant finish.
