Franciacorta Alma Assemblage 1 Extra Brut - Bellavista

A predominantly Chardonnay blend, with Pinot Noir and a hint of Pinot Blanc, selected from 60 vineyards and complemented by reserve wines. The vines, over 25 years old, and partial aging in barrels lend aromatic depth. After 30 months on the lees, it appears bright yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it releases Mediterranean flowers and citrus, balancing freshness and complexity.
