Franciacorta La Scala 2018 Brut - Bellavista

Classic Method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from over 50 vineyards. Aged at least 30 months on the lees, with part of the base wine aged in barriques. Straw yellow with fine perlage, aromas of fruit and white flowers, toasted almonds, and notes of pastry. On the palate, it is harmonious, fresh, savory, and complex, with a long finish. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish, shellfish, delicate risottos, and fresh cheeses.
