Vermentino Nuvola 2023 - Lasovversiva

Nuvola by La Sovversiva is a Ligurian white wine made from 100% Vermentino grapes. The vines, approximately 20 years old, grow on soils 50 meters above sea level along the Imperia coast. Vinification occurs through spontaneous fermentation without filtration to preserve the authenticity of the product. The wine ages for eight months in second- and third-use barriques, and production is limited to 565 bottles. Nuvola pairs well with seafood, pasta, aged cheeses, lean fish, and cured meats, offering the freshness, structure, and exclusivity typical of Liguria.
