Pinot Bianco Shultaus 2024 - St. Michael Eppan

The 2024 Pinot Bianco “Schulthaus” is grown in the Appiano Hills, at 540–620 meters above sea level, with a southeastern exposure. Vinified primarily in stainless steel with a small portion in large wooden barrels, it ages for approximately five months before release. It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights, expressing aromas of white-fleshed fruit, fresh almonds, citrus, and light mineral notes.
