The 2011 Krafuss vintage stands out for its elegance and solidity, earning 94 points from James Suckling and two red stars in the Veronelli guide, a testament to a wine of the highest quality. The production philosophy remains the same as that which distinguishes the cru: vineyards located between 430 and 450 meters above sea level, on mixed soils of clay, rock, and limestone of moraine origin. Vinification occurs through spontaneous fermentation and a period of maturation in barrels of various sizes, followed by extensive bottle aging to achieve full harmony and expressiveness.
