Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC 2024 - Terre Bianche

Rossese di Dolceacqua Terre Bianche is made from 100% Rossese grapes from 30-100 year-old vines trained using the bush and spurred cordon systems, on terraced soils of white clay and sandstone at 350-450 meters above sea level. Vinified in red with maceration on the skins, it ages for several months in stainless steel. Ruby red in color, it offers aromas of small red fruits, floral notes of rose and violet, and light nuances of Mediterranean herbs.
