Dolceacqua Pini 2023 is the latest cru from Maccario Dringenberg , an absolute novelty based on Rossese grapes. Born from the first vintage signed by Giovanna Maccario and Goetz Dringenberg, it comes from Provençal bush vines grown on limestone soil at 300 meters above sea level. The grapes, harvested by hand, undergo a slow maceration, followed by maturation for at least twelve months in bottle before being released for sale.
