Salvioni's Rosso di Montalcino 2018 "La Cerbaiola" is a pure Sangiovese from vineyards southeast of Montalcino, grown on marly soils, and vinified with indigenous yeasts. After aging for approximately a year in large Slavonian oak barrels and several months in bottle, it has a bright ruby ​​color and aromas of cherry, raspberry, violet, aromatic herbs, and spices.
