Sassicaia 2018 - Tenuta San Guido

The 2018 Sassicaia is an iconic red wine produced by Tenuta San Guido in Bolgheri, Tuscany, made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc. It grows on sandy, well-drained soils near the sea, which favor even ripening and complex aromas. After vinification, the wine ages in French oak barriques for over a year and then in bottle, developing elegance and structure.
