Chardonnay Troy 2020 - Tramin

The 2020 Chardonnay Riserva Troy from Cantina Tramin originates in Alto Adige, from vineyards located between 500 and 550 meters above sea level on calcareous-clayey soils, characterized by significant temperature variations that give the wine a unique Alpine profile. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed in the cellar. Fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in barriques, followed by aging for 11 months on the lees in barriques, 22 months in stainless steel, and at least 4 months in bottle before release.
