Vecchio Grion Rosso Veneto 2020 IGT

Produced in S. Ambrogio di Trebaseleghe in the Balan vineyards, in the area historically known as "Grion," on clayey soils with compact Pleistocene paleosol, known as "caranto." The grapes are vinified and aged separately, with fermentation in cement and 18 months of aging in barriques (one-third new), followed by one month in tanks and at least three months in bottle. The wine is intense ruby ​​red with purple highlights, elegant, with a good structure provided by alcohol, tannins, and acidity, and well-balanced and intense aromas and fragrances. It pairs perfectly with roasted red meats, game with sauces, and aged cheeses.
