Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore is made from 100% Verdicchio grapes from the Montecarotto vineyards in the Marche region. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation in steel to preserve the varietal's freshness and aromas. It has a straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers intense and persistent aromas of wildflowers and yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach, apricot, and golden delicious apple.
