Vermentino 2021 - Capichera

Capichera's 2021 Vermentino is a high-quality Sardinian white wine, produced entirely with Vermentino grapes from vineyards located in Gallura, on granite soils with sunny exposure and marine influences that lend freshness and minerality. Vinification takes place primarily in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with a small portion of the wine aging in wooden barrels to enhance its structure and complexity without altering its varietal character. It has a straw yellow color with golden highlights, while on the nose it releases an intense and complex bouquet of white flowers, citrus, tropical fruit, and subtle notes of Mediterranean aromatic herbs.
